I used Kaspersky, but this problem started before I installed Kaspersky Internet Security and Antivirus. I have tried all the suggested fixes mentioned in this thread but to no avail. I am not the most technically savvy person, could it be attributed to more and more RAM being committed to each opening and closing of objects? I am now regretting upgrading to Office 365 and Access 2013. I am still using the same linked tables structure. When I started using the same MS Access database now in Access 2013, I noticed that things start out relatively speedy, but once I start opening and closing objects that I am editing, things begin to get slower and slower minuteīy minute. I upgraded to Office 365, which provided Microsoft Access 2013, using the same machine. I use a lot of tables linked from other databases. I was running Access 2007 on Windows 7, 64 bit machine with 10 gig of Ram.
